2. Client Assesment
We’ll connect with your referral to understand their needs and provide a detailed scope of work and quote. and make sure we are a good fit.
3. Project Agrement
Once your referral accepts the quote and pays the deposit, we’ll notify you that your referral is successful.
4. Get Rewarded
After the project is complete and payment is finalised, you can choose to receive your 10%* reward via bank transfer or donate it to one of our preselected charities.

How does the referral program work?
When you refer a new client to us – once the project is complete and payment has been settled – you’ll receive 10%* of the net invoiced amount (excluding GST) for the first service we provide. This referral fee applies only to the first invoice related to the initial service. If the referred client engages us for additional services in the future, no further referral fees will be paid.

How much can I earn per referral?
Each successful referral earns 10%* of the net invoiced amount for the first service we provide to the client. Please note any subsequent services are not eligible for a referral fee. Please note referral payments may be subject to GST.
When will I receive my referral reward?
Once the referred client has paid their invoice in full, we’ll process your referral fee within 30 days.
Is there a limit to how many referrals I can make?
There’s no limit—as long as the referred client is new and aligns with our ethics.
Who is eligible to participate in the referral program?
Anyone over 18 with a valid ABN or a completed Statement by a Supplier form.
Do I need to be an existing customer to refer someone?
No, but we recommend reading our About Us section first to ensure we’re the right fit.
What qualifies as a successful referral?
A successful referral is a new client who aligns with our ethics and engages our services, with full payment made upon project completion.
Can I refer someone multiple times?
No, the referral reward applies only to new clients. If we have previously worked with them, the referral will not be eligible.
Can I refer anyone, or are there restrictions?

How do I submit a referral?
Fill out this form or email us your full name, email address, phone number, and ABN, along with the same contact details for the organisation you’re referring and the services they require. Please ensure you have permission from the potential client to share their details.
What happens if the referred client cancels their contract?
The referral will become invalid.
Can I refer a client from outside of Australia?
Yes, our referral program is open to international referrals, we work globally.
Is there a referral program for businesses or only for individuals?
The referral program is open to companies, sole traders, partnerships, registered charities, and associations with a valid ABN. Alternatively, individuals who do not have an ABN can participate by providing a signed and completed Statement by a Supplier form.
Do I need to track my referrals?
No, we’ll keep you informed as key milestones are reached, such as initial contact, quote provided, work commenced, and payment complete.
